Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@maritimefuelcell.com or via our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions for sending your item back to:

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
